About Me

My main interest is maximizing my time spent outdoors, mainly through cycling, hunting, swimming, and running with my dog Olive. When I must stay indoors, I dabble in vintage bike restoration, sewing, and experimental cooking.

Research Interests

I am broadly interested in remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), spatial process modeling, and expanding the use of geospatial technologies in water resources management. I am specifically interested in modeling water usage and impacts of crops grown for biofuel feedstocks, and exploring how the growing biofuels industry will impact water resources management policy in the Midwest.
