    Research Interests
My research project is looking at the effect of warming on the structure and function of the boreal forest. Using large greenhouses we are warming both air and soil 5° centigrade over ambient temperature. By examining soil nutrient dynamics, net primary production and carbon allocation we hope to better understand the relationship between temperature and ecosystem response.

    On the Lighter Side
I enjoy swimming, biking, running and working out with the UW Triathlon Team.
