    Research Interests
    Terrestrial ecology: carbon, nutrient and water cycling in terrestrial ecosystems, particularly wildfire-dominated boreal forests of northern Canada. Biophysical and ecological factors influencing net primary production and carbon allocation, nutrient and resource use by evergreen and deciduous plants, effects of disturbance on ecosystem structure and function, sustainable forest management.
